The Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, on Tuesday said Nigeria needs leaders who think before they speak and not those who confuse populist soundbites for policy discourse.
Reacting to Peter Obi’s remark on the need to diversify port development in Nigeria, the party said lack of constructive intellectual engagement is the former Labour Party presidential candidate’s major weakness.
In a statement signed by its spokesman, Mogaji Seye Oladejo, the Lagos APC said President Bola Tinubu’s administration does not specialize in propaganda unlike the opposition.
