Against the backdrop of widespread speculation that he is nursing the ambition of becoming the next governor of Bayelsa State, Dr Sam Ogbuku, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), has denied any such ambition.
