Khalil Halilu, Executive Vice Chairman of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure, NASENI, has endorsed President Bola Tinubu’s Nigeria First Policy, saying it will empower local entrepreneurs, manufacturers, and technology innovators.
