Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Dr. Mariya Mahmoud, has distributed various empowerment items to 4,064 All Progressives Congress (APC) women leaders and vulnerable citizens across the 44 local government areas of Kano State.
Speaking at the mega empowerment programme held in Kano, Mahmoud said the event was meant to acknowledge the recipients’ loyalty, sacrifices, and roles as mobilisers, peacemakers, and agents of change.
