The Lagos State Commissioner For Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, says the state is evolving towards a structured sanitation system and not smelling.
Mr Wahab said this in a signed statement issued by the Director, Public Affairs, Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, Kunle Adeshina, on Sunday in Lagos.
He said the Lagos State Government was committed to a comprehensive, multi sectoral approach to ensure a clean, resilient, and livable city.
