The Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Barau I. Jibrin, has cautioned Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano against politicising the issue of insecurity, urging him to prioritise solutions to the growing challenges facing the state.

Mr Barau issued the warning in response to allegations by the Kano State Government that his recent comments were capable of undermining ongoing security efforts.
