Kano State Government says it has renovated over 1,200 schools in the last two years.

Dr Ali Makoda, Commissioner for Education, said this at a one-day quality assurance workshop for staff of the ministry and education stakeholders, on Monday in Kano.

He said the administration of Governor Abba Kabir-Yusuf also approved N484 million for the renovation of schools across the 484 wards in the state.
