Nigeria: Kano govt inaugurates special committee to tackle diphtheria outbreak

The Kano State Government has inaugurated a Special Committee on Diphtheria Outbreak Response to strengthen efforts to contain reported cases and deaths from the disease across some Local Government Areas, particularly Rano LGA.
