A Kano state high court has countered the judgement of the federal high court which barred Kano State Independent Electoral Commission, KANSIEC, from conducting Local Government Area elections slated for tomorrow (Saturday).
DAILY NIGERIAN reports that Justice Simon Amobeda on Thursday in his ruling banned KANSIEC from conducting the election, saying that “the executive members of the commission are card carrying members of the NNPP”.
