Nigeria: Kano Assembly passes bill establishing state-owned security outfit, Neighborhood Corps — Africa Links 24

The Kano State House of Assembly has passed a bill establishing the Kano State Neighborhood Security Corps.

This followed deliberations in the Committee of the Whole House during a plenary session presided over by Speaker, Jibrin Falgore (NNPP-Rogo).

Subsequent to the deliberations, the lawmakers approved the 3rd reading of the bill, as presented by the Clerk.
