Members of the Kaduna State Qur’anic Recitation Competition Committee, KSQRCC, have petitioned Governor Uba Sani over alleged financial recklessness, abuse of office, and official misconduct by the coordinator of the Standing Committee, Sheikh Jamilu Abubakar, popularly known as Albany.
