The Kaduna State governor, Uba Sani, has approved the downward review of processing fees for the recertification programme by the Kaduna State Geographic Information Service, KADGIS.
The government said the exercise is part of the land reform initiatives introduced by the current administration to sanitise the system and ease the burden for title holders.
