The Presiding Pastor of Livingspring Chapel Int’l, Pastor Femi Emmanuel, recently delivered a thought-provoking message to his congregation during a service at the church’s headquarters in Ibadan. Pastor Femi Emmanuel encouraged his members to consider leaving the country if they have the opportunity, citing the uncertain future of Nigeria as a reason for his advice.

In his address, Pastor Femi Emmanuel expressed his concern about the current state of the country, attributing the country’s challenges to the Managing Directors (MDs) of banks whom he referred to as the destroyers of the system. He urged the church members to seriously consider the option of “japa” (a slang term used to describe leaving the country) if they felt it was necessary for their future.

Highlighting the need for restructuring in Nigeria, Pastor Femi Emmanuel urged his congregation to advocate for change. He specifically mentioned Asiwaju (a prominent political figure) and encouraged the members to implore him to take action towards restructuring the country. The pastor emphasized the urgency of the situation by stating, “This country cannot go on like this,” expressing his deep concerns about the direction in which the nation is heading.

Furthermore, Pastor Femi Emmanuel criticized the current state of affairs in Nigeria, describing the country as a fraud. He pointed out the internal conflicts within the nation, particularly highlighting a situation where one tribe was exerting undue influence over the rest of the country. The pastor referenced a decision by the central bank to move its operational department to Lagos, a move that was met with resistance from the northern region. He called for unity and cooperation among the different tribes in Nigeria to address such issues and move the country forward.

Drawing from his experience in governance, as a former deputy speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Pastor Femi Emmanuel spoke passionately about the need for transparency and accountability in leadership. He emphasized the importance of addressing the root causes of the country’s problems and called on the government to take decisive action to bring about positive change.

In conclusion, Pastor Femi Emmanuel’s words serve as a wake-up call to his congregation and all Nigerians to critically assess the current state of the nation and take necessary steps to secure a better future. His message reflects a sense of urgency and a call to action for individuals to consider their options and advocate for the change needed to steer Nigeria in the right direction.
