Nigeria: INEC warns Nigerians against multiple registration — Africa Links 24

Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has warned Nigerians against multiple registration in the forthcoming Continuous Voters Registration, CRV, exercise.

Mohammed Sadiq, the Resident Electoral Commissioner, REC, in Plateau, said this during a meeting with stakeholders on the resumption of CVR across the country.

Mr Sadiq said that such a move would not only attract grave consequences, but that anyone caught would be completely delisted from the voter register.
