Nigeria: INEC proposes 142 recommendations to improve electoral process

The chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Mahmood Yakubu, has said that the commission has come with 142 recommendations to improve future electoral process.

Yakubu said this at the opening of a two-day induction retreat for Resident Electoral Commissioners (RECs), on Monday, in Lagos.
