The National Congress of Ohaji Youth (NACOY) in Imo has expressed frustration over the slow pace of work on the Umuapu section of the Owerri-Port Harcourt express road.

The project, awarded by the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), has been moving at a snail’s pace, despite the worsening condition of the road.
