Nigeria: ’I won’t join thieves’, Sowore rejects calls to join opposition coalition — Africa Links 24

Human rights activist Omoyele Sowore has ruled out the possibility of joining the ongoing opposition coalition seeking to unseat the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, in the 2027 general elections.

In a statement issued on his Facebook page on Tuesday, Mr Sowore, who was the presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC, said he could not join the coalition of individuals he accused of destroying the country.
