The Kaduna State governor, Uba Sani, has dissociated himself from the physical assault and brutalization of a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Kano State, Abdul-Majeed Al Mustapha, popularly called Dan-Bilki Kwamanda.
In the video that has been circulating online, some yet-to-be-identified people were seen flogging Mr Al-Mustapha for allegedly criticising the Kaduna state governor.
