The Ondo State Police Command has confirmed the killing of two travellers and kidnapping of five others by gunmen on Ifon/Owo Road in Ose Local Government area of the state.
The spokesperson for the Police in the state, SP Fumilayo Odunlami-Omisanyan, said the command was yet to ascertain the exact number of passengers in the attacked vehicle.
She added that policemen had been deployed, combing the area to ensure that the kidnapped victims were rescued.
