Nigeria: Governor Inuwa swears in 19 permanent secretaries

Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, has sworn in 19 newly appointed Permanent Secretaries, in what is the largest single appointment of Permanent Secretaries in the history of the state.
