Nigeria: Gov. Zulum presents staff of office to Shehu of Dikwa — Africa Links 24

Gov. Babagana Zulum of Borno on Sunday presented the staff of office to the Shehu of Dikwa, Ibrahim El-Kanemi, at a ceremony in Dikwa town.

Ibrahim Ibn Umar El-Kanemi emerged as the 13th Shehu of Dikwa following the demise of the late monarch, Mohammed Ibn Shehu Masta II who died in 2017.
