Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Abeokuta, Professor Adewale Musa-Olomu, said that the hospital has been responsible for an impressive 25 per cent of heart surgeries performed daily in the country.
He disclosed this when he received in audience, the leadership of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ogun State Council, led by its Chairman, Comrade Akinwale Olanrewaju, last Friday, who paid the management of the hospital on a courtesy call.
