Nigeria: Flood sacks Katsina community — Africa Links 24

Flood, caused by a heavy midnight rainfall, has sacked  many residents of Dankama community, in Kaita Local Government Area of Katsina State from their houses.

The incident was confirmed to the News Agency of Nigeria in Katsina on Sunday, by a resident of the area, Ishaq Sarkin-Fulani.

NAN reports that during the early hours  of Sunday, a heavy downpour was experienced across some parts of the state.
