The Federal Capital Territory Administration, FCTA, will begin enforcement actions on defaulters of Ground Rent payment and Land Use Change/Conversion fees from November 26.

Lere Olayinka, Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media to FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, made the announcement in a statement on Thursday in Abuja.

He said the FCTA would also target defaulters of Right of Occupancy, R-of-O, and Certificate of Occupancy, C-of-O, bills.
