The board of directors of Eterna Plc has announced the appointment of Olumide Adeosun as the new managing director/chief executive officer of the company.
The appointment takes effect from February 3.
This is contained in a statement on Thursday by David Edet, the company secretary/legal adviser.
Mr Edet commended the outgoing MD/CEO, Abiola Lawal, who resigned effective January 31, for his “exceptional leadership and significant contributions during his tenure.“
