The 16th Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, has called for deliberate reforms to dismantle barriers hindering Nigerian women from fully participating in politics, business, and leadership.

Mr Sanusi, a former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, made the call on Thursday at the 3rd Gender Impact Investment Summit, GIIS, in Lagos, with the theme: “Investing in Equity: Advancing Gender-Led Solutions for Inclusive Development.”
