A former Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has sued the state House of Assembly over claim that he stole N432billion during his administration.
Recall the the Assembly had constituted a committee that investigated Mr El-Rufai’s administration.
The committee, which submitted its report to the Assembly, indicated the former governor for siphoning N432billion belonging to the state government.
