Nasir El-Rufai, a former governor of Kaduna State, has petitioned the Police Service Commission, PSC, over alleged unprofessional conduct and abuse of office by the Commissioner of Police in the state.

Recall that the state police command had extended an invitation letter to Mr El-Rufai, alongside several prominent members of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, for questioning over alleged criminal conspiracy and incitement.
