The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has denied allegations of assault or arrest of University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH) employees by its operatives when they visited UUTH on Tuesday.
EFCC Spokesperson, Dele Oyewale, said in a statement on Friday in Abuja, that the visit was purely administrative.
Mr Oyewale, however, said that the commission has ordered an investigation into the matter.
