The Lagos Zonal Directorate 2 of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Okotie-Eboh, Ikoyi, Lagos, has arraigned a Sierra Leonean, Ahmed Shaw, for non-declaration of the sum of $90,000 before Justice D.I. Dipeolu of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos.
