The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority,NMDPRA, said it has not licensed the Dangote refinery.
The Chief Executive Officer, CEO, of NMDPRA, Farouk Ahmed, who disclosed this on Thursday said the refinery was still at the pre-commissioning stage.
Mr Ahmed who was responding to reports of alleged sabotaged of the Dangote refinery expressed concerns over the consistency and standardization of the refinery’s output.
