The Coalition of Civil Society Organisations, CSOs, has commended Goernor Dikko Radda of Katsina over plans to implement the Open Government Partnership, OGP, initiative in the state.
The Chairman of the coalition in the state, Abdulrahman Abdullahi, gave the commendation on Monday in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria in Katsina.
