Nigeria: Court restrains Boniface Aneibonam’s NNPP faction from conducting congresses, national convention — Africa Links 24

The New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP, has obtained an interim injunction at the FCT High Court in Suit No. FCT/HC/CV/5518/2024, restraining a faction led by Boniface Aneibonam from parading themselves as members of the party and from purporting to hold congresses and a national convention.

In a statement, the national publicity secretary of the party, Ladipo Johnson, expressed satisfaction with the court’s order.
