The Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday, picked holes in the fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by former Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State.
The suit is against the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC, and four others.
