The Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday, dismissed a fundamental rights enforcement suit filed against EFCC by at least 161 Chinese and Nigerians who are being investigated on alleged internet fraud.
Justice James Omotosho, in a judgment, dismissed the suit marked: FHC/ABJ/CS/80/2025/ for being unmeritorious.
