An Ikeja Special Offences Court on Wednesday dismissed counts one to four of the charges filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, against former Governor of the Central Bank, Godwin Emefiele.

The dismissed counts bothered on abuse of office.

The court also dismissed application filed by the embattled ex-CBN governor challenging the jurisdiction of the court to hear his case.
