Nigeria: Court bars Njoku from parading himself as APGA national chairman — Africa Links 24

A Federal High Court in Abuja has restrained Chief Edozie Njoku from parading himself as All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA.

Justice James Omotosho, in a judgment, held that there was no valid court judgment or order, including a judgment from the Supreme Court, that recognised Njoku as APGA national chairman.
