Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria, CORBON, has called on governors to enact and enforce state planning laws as a way of curbing building collapse across Nigeria.
Dr Samson Opaluwah, Chairman of CORBON, made the call at the 35th anniversary and 24th induction ceremony of CORBON on Thursday in Abuja.
