Nigeria: CAC mandates companies to display registered name, number on all official communications — Africa Links 24

Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC, has given a six-week ultimatum for all registered companies to start displaying their registered name and registration number on all official publications, including letterhead, signages, marketing and publicity materials.

The commission gave the ultimatum in line with the registration requirements of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, CAMA, 2020.
