The Borno government has announced a temporary relaxation of the curfew imposed in the state to enable Muslim faithful to observe Juma’at prayers.

In a statement issued on Friday, Borno Police Command’s Public Relations Officer, Kenneth Daso, said the curfew would be relaxed from 12 pm to 3 pm to allow Muslims to attend prayers at mosques closer to their communities.
