Bayelsa State Government has assured that all the necessary measures have been put in place to prevent and mitigate against monkey pox outbreak in the state.
Bayelsa State Commissioner for Health, Prof. Seiyefa Brisibe stated this on Monday after he led a team of other medical experts on facilities tour at the Niger Delta University Teaching Hospital, Okolobiri, and the Bayelsa State College of Nursing Sciences in Tombia.
