Nigeria: Barau leads Senators on condolence visit to late Sheikh Dahiru Bauchi’s family — Africa Links 24

The Deputy Senate President, Sen. Jibrin Barau, on Tuesday, led a Senate delegation to condole with the family of Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi who passed on Thursday.

Mr Barau, who presided over the plenary made the announcement after the upper chamber adopted a motion on the demise of the late Islamic scholar.

The motion was sponsored by Sen. Shehu Umar (APC-Bauchi).
