Nigeria: Atiku to Bode George: I’m preoccupied with plight of Nigerians, not 2027

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has replied former national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Bode George, saying that his preoccupation at the moment was about the plight of Nigerians, not permutations for the 2027 elections.

Mr George had asked Mr Abubakar to forget about contesting the 2027 presidential elections by taking a cue from American President Joe Biden who recently stepped aside for a younger candidate.
