The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has appealed to Kogi Government to reinstate 120 academic staff of Kogi State University, KSU, Anyigba sacked in 2017.
Onyibo Eze, Chairman, ASUU, University of Nigeria, UNN, Chapter made the appeal on Tuesday in Nsukka.
Mr Eze said, in a statement, that the termination of their appointment for participating in a strike for demanding for better welfare and arrears of salaries amounted to trampling on their rights and privileges.
