The All Progressives Congress, APC, has announced that Chukwuma Umeoji, an aspirant in the upcoming gubernatorial primary election in Anambra state, has withdrawn from the race.

In a statement on Friday, Felix Morka, the APC National Publicity Secretary, confirmed that Mr Umeoji had informed them of his decision to withdraw from the election after consultations with his supporters across the state.
