Nigeria: Alausa reads riot to VCs, calls for diversification of varsity funding

Minister of Education, Dr Olatunji Alausa, has charged Vice-Chancellors of Nigerian public universities to urgently diversify their institutions’ funding sources, warning that government allocations alone cannot sustain universities or guarantee long-term academic excellence.
