The embattled Director-General of the National Metallurgical Development Centre, NMDC, Jos, Professor Linus Okon-Asuquo, is now facing prosecution as the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC, has filed criminal charges against him and four others.
