Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has emphasised the importance of addressing social injustices in fostering peace.
According to her, social injustices can lead to feelings of marginalisation, exclusion, and resentment, which can ultimately escalate into conflict.
This was her submission during a three-day capacity-building programme organised by the African Union (AU) in collaboration with the African First Ladies Peace Mission (AFLPM), on Thursday.
