Hamza Madagali, Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Adamawa, has resigned alongside the state working committee, executive members and 21 local government chairmen.
Mr Madagali confirmed the decision on Friday at the party secretariat in Yola, confirming their collective defection to the All Progressives Congress, APC.
