Governor Hyacinth Alia on Friday said that the Senate Minority Leader, Sen. Abba Moro (PDP/Benue South), misinformed the Senate over the just concluded local government election in the state.
Mr Alia stated this in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, CPS, Tersoo Kula, and made available to the News Agency of Nigeria in Makurdi.
The governor recalled that Moro, while moving a motion on the floor of the Senate, described the election as a charade and sham.
